Guido Raimondi eletto Presidente della Corte Europea dei Diritti dell’Uomo

La Corte Europea dei Diritti dell’Uomo, in composizione plenaria, ha eletto oggi Guido Raimondi nuovo Presidente della Corte; il Giudice Italiano assumerà formalmente l’incarico il 1 novembre 2015.

Guido Raimondi, dunque, succederà a Dean Spielmann – Giudice per il Lussemburgo – il cui mandato terminerà il 31 ottobre 2015.
